"The old man used to say that the best part of hunting and fishing was
the thinking about going and the talking about it after you got back."

“I wanted to give a special thanks for a successful hunt. From all of the people at Camo Cares, all the crew in Pennsylvania, all the wonderful volunteers, the sponsors, and all the participants that come out to the event each year for making this possible. I love you guys. Thank you so much, it truly is the hunt of a lifetime!"

"When Austin found out he was going to be able to hunt elk, he was ecstatic beyond words. We never had the chance to come out west before, so to be able to get that opportunity now was amazing! He was just so pumped, so excited, and I was probably just as excited as he was!”
“One thing I struggle most with is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder [PTSD] and I find being out in the country is really great therapy. I grew up hunting and it is a passion of mine. I know there’s a lot of veterans out there who love hunting and struggle with PTSD as well, so just being able to go out and be here is a huge help. You would be surprised how much you can push yourself and all your worries just kind of wash away."
